Application
This machine is a connecting unit between cards and blow-room whose function is to make fibre (after being opened and mixed) feed to card in even batt ensure continuous and even cotton supply for card.
Main feature
Good open affection, low fiber damage.
Two feed rollers feed materials to prevent from wraping.
The feed rollers controlled by inverter.
It is mounted with protection unit.
The space between feed rollers and feed rollers/ open roller is adjustable.
The vibrant is favorable for forming even and uniformity fibre batt.

JWF1171 Electrical control
JWF1171 chute feeder adopts im-ported inverter to control feed motor. Without electrical cabinet,all electrical elements are controlled by imported PLC of card, no need to start or stop independently.
