JWF1009 SERIES RECIPROCATING BALE PLUCKER
JWF1009 series bale plucker as the first process of blowroom& card is suitable to each kind of cotton and chemical, viscose fibre length less than 76mm. The pluck arm, mounted with two beaters, can lift and revolve 180 . The pluck arm moved to and back to pluck fibre above bale. The fibre plucked are sucked into the front feeder by air current through transport duct for further process.
Fine-grabbing guarantee
1. JWF1009 series bale plucker is equipped with two intermittently descending double saw blade type cotton grabbers. Each grabber hand is equipped with a plurality of blades with different inclination angles to form an axially even distribution when the cotton grabber rotates. The grab line, the position where the grab arm passes, has no cotton ditch, and the fine cotton picking is completed. The cotton cutter blade has a thickness of 6 mm and is specially treated to have sufficient hardness and wear resistance.

WF1107 Single Roller Cleaner is an effcient pre-process cleaner, suitabe for every kind of raw cotton. Material inside is opened sufficiently by flexibility beating several times in freedom after five and half circles.During opening, dust is separated from cotton . Material opened and purified is transported to next process.
JWF1107 Single Roller Cleaner is an innovative key equipment in the cleaning process. It combines opening, impurity removal, dust removal and fiber damage avoidance. It is an efficient pre-cleaning equipment. The fiber enters the beating room along the tangential direction of the beater by air flow. It spirals around the surface of the V-shaped corner nail. Under the free state, the fiber is beaten uniformly and densely by multiple bounces, so as to remove impurities in the process of loosening and loosen gradually in the process of removing impurities. Through the reasonable disposition of air flow, separation distance and process speed, the dust, impurities and short staple can be quickly discharged to meet the technological requirements of "early falling and less crushing" and less damage to the fiber.

FA116 Series Master Cleaner
