Application
FB1171 chute feeder is aconnecting unit between thecarding machine and the blowingprocess. It processes the finelyopened and mixed material inthe proceeding machines intoeven cotton batt and feeds thebatt into the carding machines.It realizes the continuous runningof the whole blowing-cardingline by supplying materialevenly and continuously.
Main features
It opens the material finely with low fiber damage.
Two feeding rollers prevent the material from wrapping.
The feeding rollers are controlled by inverter.
It is equipped with the protection device.
Gauges between the two feeding rollers andgauges between the feeding rollers and theopening roller are adjustable.
The vibrating grids are favorable for formingeven and uniform fiber batt.
The two output rollers ensure the stableoutput of the fiber batt by verifying the draftratio according to the material.
The sliver evenness is improved.

FB1171 chute feeder is equipped with theimported inverter to control the feeding motor.It does not have the individual electrical cabinet;all of its electrical elements are controlled bythe imported PLC of the carding machine.
