FB1029 SERIES MULTI-MXER

FB1029 is used for blending cotton, chemical fiberor blends. After fiber is fed into FB1029, the aiflowblows it into every hopper evenly to fom an airflowblending. The fiber in every hopper is conveyed ina 90° turn, achieving the second- -round blendingdue to the distance difference. The excessive fiberis thrown into the blending room to atain fine mixture.

FB1029 series muitlmixer is equipped with thePLC control system, interlocking the front andback machines to achieve synchronous running.The tripartite blending ensures the uniform mixingof the material.

The pressure in the hoppers can be automaticallymonitored, controlling the running of the baleplucker.

The feeding lattice and the spiked lattice arecontrolled by an AC motor with inverter, realizingthe stepless speed regulation.

The sensitive photoelectric detection deviceensures the continuous running of the wholeprocess.
