Four pressure sensor are the key equipment to realize continuous cotton feeding system. The situation of the machine depends on these four pressure sensor. The monitoring system can regulate the pressure sensor to ensure the machine keen on in high efficiency.

As the core of continuous cotton feeding system of carding and blowing line, the machine is equipped with multiple protective functions, such as: main taker roll stall detection to prevent damage to main taker roll clothing; upper feeding load protection, when the cotton layer is too thick or the machine is in bad condition, automatic stop protection; lower feeding cotton has foreign body, metal protection, when foreign body or metal enters the clothing. It can automatically detect and reverse automatically.
