JWF1029 SERIES MULTI-MIXER

JWF1029 is used for blending cotton ,chemical fiber or blends .After fiber is fed into JWF1029, airflow blows it into every hopper evenly to form a airflow blending .The fiber in every hopper is conveyed in a 90°turn. And the excessive fiber is thrown into blending room to attain fine mixture.

Main Feature

Designed with PLC control system , connected with the PLC of front and back machine to achieve synchr-onous running.

Intensive three times mixture, all kinds of fiber can be even blended.

The pressure in hopper can be autom-atically monitored, controlling bale plucker to start or stop.

Feed lattice and spike lattice are controlled by motor with inverter, which can realize speed step less regulation.

Sensitive detect section, obtaining continuous running of the whole process.
